Were partnering with a fast-growing professional services firm (approx. 50 employees 3 offices and expanding) seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to support its next stage of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional who thrives in dynamic people-centered environments and enjoys building scalable HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full employee lifecycle: compliance benefits onboarding payroll and employee relations
Oversee recruiting activities and ensure smooth new hire onboarding
Partner with leadership to strengthen culture and engagement across multiple offices
Visit each office monthly (Somerville Freehold Morristown and soon Bergen County)
Requirements:
3-6 years of broad HR experience (generalist or HR manager level)
Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations (ideally during growth from <50 to 50 employees)
Hands-on experience with ADP Microsoft 365 and Slack
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
