Guest Relations Manager - Full Time
to join our friendly team

Overview:
To act as front-line person between our Guests and Front Desk for all guestsexpectations and to be part of a warm caring and professional team member working closely alongside with Reception Concierge and Reservations. The role does require to carry out Duty Management shifts.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week working five days out of seven including weekends and evenings so flexibilty is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- A background in dealing with customer service.
- Has a proactive interest in genuine hospitality be confident discreet and positive.
- Act as the liason between Concierge and Reception ensuring smooth running of guests expectations.
- Good command of English be an excellent communicator
- Well organised with proven problem solving skills have the confidence to deal with guest issues and display attention to detail.
