What you will do:

As a Senior Category Manager on our Supply Chain Teamyoullplay a pivotal role in powering the success of our capital projects.You will lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives that directlyimpactthe delivery of large-scale projects critical to our growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and execute sourcing strategies that elevate supplier quality reduce total cost and improve delivery timelineswhile mitigating risk and advancing ESG goals.
• Drive RFI/RFQ/RFP activities for high-impact project materials and services creating SOPs for supplierselectionand collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure the best partners.
• Manage complex negotiations on pricing terms and delivery schedules to ensure contracts deliver maximum value and protect organizational interests.
• Take ownership of Supplier Performance Management (SPM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs for your categories ensuring continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Provide category insights and market intelligence to project teams enabling informed decisions that keep projects on time and on budget.
• Identifycost-saving opportunities process improvements and risk reduction strategies
• Align procurement activities with project goals and timelines ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

What we need you to bring to the team:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years in procurement sourcing or supply chain roles
• Proven experience supporting large-scale capital projects under tight deadlines and milestones.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking toidentifycost optimization opportunities.
• Proficiencyin procurement technologies and ERP systems for process innovation.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Recognizedexpertisein category management and enterprise-level initiatives.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct authority.
