Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nanny Manager to support our household and care for our three children (ages 7 5 and a newborn). This role is ideal for an energetic nanny who is highly engaging active positive and confidentsomeone who can be fun and nurturing while also setting healthy boundaries and maintaining structure. Responsibilities include primary daytime care for the newborn support with school-aged children (school pickups activities and routines) family meal prep and cooking family laundry unloading the dishwasher bottle washing stocking diaper stations managing diaper pails Instacart grocery orders and putting groceries away running errands and returns light housekeeping and organization projects (cleaning service comes 12x weekly) and vendor check-ins/communication. The ideal candidate is flexible proactive and organized able to seamlessly handle house management tasks while being a steady positive presence for the children. Flexibility is key as this role includes occasional date nights overnight care at the home approximately five nights per month and international travel with the family. We are seeking a dependable professional who communicates clearly takes initiative and enjoys contributing to a well-run happy home. Competitive compensation based on experience.
