We are expanding our support team to include a Sales Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether they are asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via our online platforms ensuring a smooth and engaging interaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding menu items orders and employment opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and seek to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
  • Contribute to meeting sales goals and promoting Wingstop franchise offerings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating online chat platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries through live chat or similar platforms is an advantage.
