About the Role
Located in Austin TX
Were looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients youll play a critical role in identifying opportunities sparking interest and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
This role requires full fluency in both English and Spanish as youll be engaging daily with a diverse client base across languages.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively research identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls emails LinkedIn and other outreach channels outreach will be conducted in both English and Spanish.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest.
Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel often requiring Spanish-language communication.
Stay informed on industry trends product offerings and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
02 years of sales customer service or lead generation experience; B2B experience is a plus.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across both languages.
Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive edge.
Resilient adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
