Job Summary

Role: Senior Associate Attorney

Work Model: Fully Remote (Hybrid component for court appearances)

Location: Pennsylvania (travel within PA required)

We are currently hiring for a Senior Associate Attorney role with a well-established legal firm. This position is fully remote with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings within Pennsylvania.

Must-Haves:

Active Pennsylvania (PA) Bar License
Ability to travel to courts across PA for hearings and appearances

Required Experience & Skills:

3 years of experience in Bankruptcy Collection Law Creditors Rights or Civil Litigation
Strong legal research writing and oral communication skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Experience analyzing legal and regulatory risks
Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed in additional states (GA SC TN FL VA MD MI OH) or UBE passage
Background in creditors rights bankruptcy collections or civil litigation
