Position Overview
We are seeking a SCM Associate to support purchasing warehouse operations and inventory control. This role handles order processing logistics coordination inventory tracking and administrative support for warehouse operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and purchase orders (POs) in the system
- Prepare picking lists and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Verify vendor invoices against quantities and pricing
- Support receiving shipping and daily inventory tracking
- Manage shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
- Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound inventory
- Identify and report inventory issues (shortage overage aging)
- Participate in monthly physical inventory counts
- Support warehouse supervisors and part-time staff as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 12 years of warehouse logistics or SCM experience (food industry preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Korean required
- Strong multitasking prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented team-player able to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in freezer environments
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
