As an Inside Sales Account Manager he/she will be responsible for selling companies- Managed Services portfolio including Cybersecurity/Infrastructure( On Prem and Cloud)/Business Application along with AI services to new and existing customer base in focused verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling email outreach LinkedIn and AI enabled tools.
- Client Communication: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs answer inquiries and provide solution information.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver tailored sales presentations to showcase the benefits of products or services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics set by the sales manager.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the presales/sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside/direct sales telemarketing in the relevant filed with a solution focused System Integrator or Vendor .
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Techno -Commercial expertise and knowledge in selling Managed services Enterprise solutions .
- Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to sales with a strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in the filed of Information Technology/Business administration is preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in the relevant filed.
- Sales and Technical Certifications in the relevant filed will be an added advantage.
