Quantum Algorithm Design: Developing solutions that leverage superposition and entanglement
Quantum Hardware Proficiency: Experience with IBM Quantum Rigetti IonQ or D-Wave systems
Quantum Software Mastery: Qiskit Cirq Q# or other quantum programming frameworks
Classical-Quantum Integration: Bridging traditional computing with quantum acceleration
Mathematical Intuition: Advanced linear algebra complex analysis and quantum information theory
Qualification:
