Role Overview
The Operations Manager will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the client supporting both consulting engagements and side ventures.
This role demands a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical organizational and communication skills someone who can anticipate needs manage diverse projects and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations for the consulting business including scheduling communication and task coordination.
Manage and track deliverables across multiple side projects and initiatives.
Conduct online research and data gathering to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Clean organize and analyze data using Excel and other relevant tools.
Identify and implement new productivity tools or systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Support reporting and documentation needs as required.
Hard Skills Required
Advanced Excel and data organization capabilities.
Strong research analysis and information synthesis skills.
Familiarity with workflow and productivity tools (e.g. Notion ClickUp Airtable or similar).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Soft Skills Required
Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Independent and resourceful able to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving.
