Job Summary

IT Project Coordinator
Location: Austin Texas
Contract Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and manage IT operational initiatives from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities tracking progress managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery of technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and skilled at building strong working relationships across diverse IT groups.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years managing IT operational projects with full lifecycle accountability
Strong experience with MS Project Excel Word PowerPoint Teams SharePoint Visio and WebEx
Proven ability to manage project resources schedules and deliverables in a collaborative environment
Skilled in technical writing and developing business documentation in a regulated industry
Experience with ServiceNow
PMP certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small to mid-sized IT projects through planning execution and closure.
Develop and manage key project deliverables including scope schedules budgets communication plans and risk assessments.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams ensuring tasks and milestones are met.
Monitor progress identify issues and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Prepare clear comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports for stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement through documentation process refinement and effective communication.
