IT Client Support Associate / IT Helpdesk
Onsite Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate:$25.00 $29.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday with flexible shifts some weekends as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking an Onsite IT Client Support Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support at a full office location. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting direct user interaction and being the face of IT support for onsite employees.
You will support internal users both onsite and remotely manage a high-volume ticket queue through an internal ticketing system assist with hardware and software issues and play a key role in new hire onboarding and ongoing technology support. This is a contract role with strong potential to convert to full-time employment.
