As a Controls Assurance Manager youll make an impact by evaluating testing and enhancing the banks internal control environment that supports regulatory compliance risk mitigation and operational effectiveness.
This involves engaging building rapport with control and risk owners helping them understand findings and supporting them in planning next steps.
End to end practice promoting a culture of continuous improvement and enhanced risk awareness ensuring the first line owns their controls.
