Job Summary

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be delivering service excellence from check in to check out and at every guest journey point.

  • Complete a wide variety of front office tasks which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotels facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Provide passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
  • Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard.
  • Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
  • Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will be

  • Previous customer service experience in a Hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud.
  • You will be able to work under pressure multitask and be a solution finder.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay.
