The role
As a People Systems Administrator your primary focus will be on delivering exemplary customer service and specialist advice ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department. Youll manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality meet customer expectations and optimize business outcomes all while working closely with your team and various stakeholders. You will be part of a team of specialists who strive to support both daily operations and strategic growth by delivering scalable people-centric solutions.
You will be responsible for supporting the daily operation and administration of the departments people systems primarily SAP SuccessFactors to ensure it meets both operational demands and future-focused initiatives. As a system expert youll address operational and technical support challenges ensuring all queries are resolved within agreed timeframes. Additionally you will partner and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop system improvements as well as provide recommendations on future enhancements to support the continued service delivery to our clients in a fast paced high-volume environment. Your role will involve creating and updating system processes procedures and support documentation while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the department.
