Support space planning and office moves or rearrangements.
Ensure proper waste management and energy conservation practices.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and complaints.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Facility Management Engineering Estate Management or a related field.
Minimum of 24 years of relevant experience in facility or building management.
Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical plumbing HVAC).
Experience managing vendors budgets and maintenance schedules.
Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and facility management software
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
