Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Officer (ICO) is responsible for coordinating monitoring and reporting inventory warehouse and collection centre activities to ensure accuracy compliance and protection of company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support stock counts across warehouses and collection centres.
- Supervise inventory activities within collection centres.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders pricing and inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on warehouse and collection centre operations.
- Support procurement quality assurance and value-chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal warehouse procedures.
- Safeguard company assets against fraud and theft.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Inventory control and business process analysis knowledge.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
