Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
- Handle correspondence (emails letters phone calls) professionally
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare reports memos and schedules
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office records
- Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling
Requirements
- OND/HND/ in Business Administration Office Technology & Management (OTM) or related field
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative or office role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and email communication
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Must reside in Lagos or be able to commute reliably
Added Advantage:
- Experience working in a structured corporate or professional office
- Familiarity with basic accounting or record-keeping
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Location: Ogba Ikeja- Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200000 Monthly (Commensurate with experience)
