Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable organised and professional Administrative Officer to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and record-keeping processes within our Lagos office.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Handle correspondence (emails letters phone calls) professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare reports memos and schedules
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain office records
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling

Requirements

  • OND/HND/ in Business Administration Office Technology & Management (OTM) or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative or office role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and email communication
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Must reside in Lagos or be able to commute reliably
Added Advantage:
  • Experience working in a structured corporate or professional office
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or record-keeping
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Location: Ogba Ikeja- Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200000 Monthly (Commensurate with experience)
