Job Summary

As Franchise Business Development Manager youll be at the heart of our success. You will:

Recruit the best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework.
Drive Performance: Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews pub visits and team meetings.
Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Proven Experience: A high level of experience within Leisure & Hospitality especially in a multi-site field-based role with an unyielding passion for pubs.
