Your Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities related to the introduction of the new Target Operating Model;
- Develop and execute structured change strategies and communication plans ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders across the organization globally;
- Identify change impacts across people processes and systems; proactively manage resistance and risks;
- Collaborate with senior leadership People and Culture internal communications and transformation teams to ensure integrated delivery of initiatives;
- Design and facilitate workshops training and engagement sessions tailored to different audience needs;
- Develop and track key change management metrics to measure adoption readiness and overall change effectiveness;
- Act as a trusted advisor and change champion supporting leadership in driving behavioral and cultural shifts aligned with strategic goals;
- Ensure change activities are inclusive transparent and adapted to the cultural and operational context of country organizations and subsidiaries;
- Drive clear consistent and compelling communication across all change initiatives ensuring messaging is aligned with organizational values and resonates with diverse global audiences.
Qualifications :
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the field of change management and transformation ideally in multi-national organizations;
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives in IT transformation or operating model integration;
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization;
- Experience working across corporate and country-level structures with sensitivity to cultural and operational differences;
- Exceptional communication facilitation and coaching abilities;
- At least Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).Further foreign language skills are of advantage.
