Job Summary

  • Sales of the Nagarro IT service portfolio to customers from the larger mid-sized and large enterprise sectors
  • Active acquisition of new customers through targeted B2B prospecting and building long-term business relationships
  • Independent proposal and negotiation management through to successful contract closure
  • Maintenance and documentation of all customer contacts and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Conducting presentations and webinars and participating in trade fairs
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to prepare campaigns

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung durch gezielte B2B-Akquise und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Eigenständige Angebots- und Verhandlungsführung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Pflege und Dokumentation sämtlicher Kundenkontakte und Verkaufsaktivitäten im CRM-System
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Webinare und Teilnahme an Fachmessen
  • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Nutzung der Möglichkeiten für das Cross-Selling
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Vorbereitung von den Kampagnen 

Qualifications :

  • Professional experience in software sales ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition/hunting
  • Professional demeanor and strong presentation skills
  • Self-organized motivated and with a genuine hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent German both written and spoken

  • Berufserfahrung im Software-Vertrieb idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Neukundenakquise /Hunting
  • Professioneller Auftritt und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstorganisiert motiviert und mit echter Hands-on-Mentalität 
  • Kommunikativ und sprachsicher sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
