About the Role
Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping people Join our growing international team in Greece as a Customer Service Agent where youll be the voice of our company for German-speaking customers.
Whether youre based in vibrant Athens by the sea in Thessaloniki or working remotely from anywhere in Greece youll be part of a team that puts customer care at the heart of what we do.
What Youll Do

Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone email or chat.

Deliver clear friendly and efficient support for a range of products or services.

Help customers solve problems place orders or get the information they need.

Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.

Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy patience and professionalism.
What You Bring

Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2).

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Comfortable using digital tools and communicating online.

A calm solutions-focused approach even under pressure.

Residence in Greece (or willing to relocate with company support).
