Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk & Payments Agent to join the Operations team in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new client account openings in line with KYC and internal procedures
• Review and update existing client accounts ensuring documentation and information remain accurate and valid
• Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraud or unusual activity
• Investigate document and escalate suspicious transactions in accordance with company policies
• Review and process customer deposit and withdrawal requests
• Communicate with banks and payment service providers when required
• Use internal risk fraud and payment systems to help maintain healthy deposit conversion rates and acceptable chargeback levels
• Respond to and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth client experience and operational efficiency
• Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Escalate complex or unclear issues to management when necessary

Requirements

• No prior experience required (experience in payments risk or operations is a plus)
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers; basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• European citizenship is required

• Monthly salary: 1.700
• For every night shift: 20/shift
• For every worked Public Holiday: 1.5x working hours extra day off
• Quarterly bonus: 300-500 depending on the performance
