The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Service Coordinators to join our Operations team based in our Melbourne CBD Office. Possessing excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment you will be responsible for the management coordination and delivery of all preventative and reactive facilities maintenance works to our range of clients nation-wide. This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to be part of a fast-growing company and develop into an integral person within Modus.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of facilities maintenance services for one of our well known commercial clients
- Manage facilities maintenance services which encompasses HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry ad hoc support and all related admin services
- Monitor control and manage work orders and job requests to meet customer expectations and internal KPIs
- Respond to reported maintenance issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses
- Build effective working relationships with our regular contractors and Modus technicians
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications
- Receive and manage incoming calls accordingly
- Maintain and manage accurate data in the Modus database; TSM
- Compile client reports and distribute to key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within facilities maintenance property real estate logistics or similar
- Strong knowledge of facilities services maintenance processes and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Friendly and sociable personality
- Quick learner
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word MS Excel)
- Proven experience meeting & exceeding KPIs
