- Facilities Coordination: Assist in managing state-based facilities contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment that supports our flex first principles.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and preferences for events ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure the best quality and value for event services and facilities management.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for state-based events and facilities activities ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial guidelines.
- Post-Event Analysis: Collect and analyse feedback from events to identify areas for improvement and success contributing to continuous enhancement of future events.
- Support Initiatives: Support the broader Events and Experience initiatives as required contributing to the overall enhancement of the workforce experience.
Qualifications :
- Experience in event planning and execution preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and work with financial documents.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the mortgage brokerage or financial services industry is a plus.
