On this occasion our client is an international organization operating within the natural health and life sciences sector currently strengthening its commercial presence and customer development strategy in Eastern Europe.
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join their Romanian team responsible for managing and expanding the retail customer network promoting the companys product portfolio and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the retail customer base in the assigned area including both direct clients and pharmacy chains ensuring business continuity and growth.
- Promote and monitor sell-in and sell-out performance applying strong technical and commercial knowledge of company products and market dynamics.
- Plan schedule and conduct regular customer visits ensuring consistent engagement and timely follow-up in line with company procedures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers fostering loyalty and satisfaction while identifying and acquiring new potential clients.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns product launches and point-of-purchase (POP) initiatives to maximize visibility and sell-out performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities challenges and corrective actions.
- Achieve sales margin and credit objectives agreed with the Area Manager ensuring compliance with company commercial policy.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and headquarters teams sharing market insights and supporting cross-functional activities.
- Participate actively in regional and national meetings conventions and seminars representing the company with professionalism and commitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial practices and customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Economics Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or commercial roles within the healthcare pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Languages: Romanian required; English is an advantage.
