DescriptionAs an After Sales Representative with German you will play a key role in delivering exceptional commercial services to AFAG customers. Your mission is to ensure smooth handling of complaints product returns and related processes while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Managing customer complaints and contacting various departments to provide a timely response to clients
- Taking responsibility for the entire complaint registration and processing process
- Providing information (via email or phone) related to complaint handling offering resolution timelines and resolving issues arising in the process
- Ensuring communication with the factory technical team and customer service for information and requests related to complaint resolution
- Requesting product pick-up and return from clients via collaborating transport companies
- Creating/ Doing & Requesting Credit notes validation from relevant people ensuring clear accurate and reliable information is provided for decision-making
- Following the product return process through completion maintaining constant communication with the client factory and transport company
- Contributing to continuous process improvement by sharing encountered difficulties with the team and proposing corrective and preventive actions followed by action plans coordinated with the direct manager
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or management related to the job responsibilities or compliance with legal requirements

University degree in technical or business administration fields
23 years of commercial experience (technical support customer support price offers after-sales)
Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office ERP systems Internet
Customer-oriented attitude; good communication skills
Observational skills attention to detail proactive attitude
Ability to adapt to change and flexibility in task approach
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Technical expertise is an advantage
Hungarian language skills are an advantage
Familiarity with Emersons commercial policies is an advantage
