Job Summary

We are looking for a Helpdesk Assistant for our office at Kozyatağı/Kadıköy
Tasks
- Carrying out the necessities for the most efficient use of computers smart phones and all kinds of electronic devices allocated to the company employees and delivering them to the personnel.
- Installation of devices such as phones computers laptops and keeping up inventory entries up to date.
- Solving hardware and software problems encountered by employees in computer environments and providing first level help desk service.
- Contacting necessary outsource agencies for electrical issues server issues phone line issues and staying at the office until all the repairs are done.
- Contacting the necessary companies in case of computer technical malfunctions and following up the maintenance and repair works.
- Carrying out market research and purchasing of company devices. (Laptops Phones etc.)
- The employee will be responsible for both our Kozyatağı and Pendik offices.
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Must have drivers license
- Good command of English (Reading/Writing) is a must
- A good team player solution-oriented and quick decision-making skills
