Job Summary

Be part of a team developing highly available scalable and secure Identity and Access Management services using the latest technologies including cloud ready architecture latest identity protocols and fraud / security prevention. We are looking for a Helpdesk Assistant for our office at Kozyatağı/Kadıköy

Tasks

  • Carrying out the necessities for the most efficient use of computers smart phones and all kinds of electronic devices allocated to the company employees and delivering them to the personnel.
  • Installation of devices such as phones computers laptops and keeping up inventory entries up to date.
  • Solving hardware and software problems encountered by employees in computer environments and providing first level help desk service.
  • Contacting necessary outsource agencies for electrical issues server issues phone line issues and staying at the office until all the repairs are done.
  • Contacting the necessary companies in case of computer technical malfunctions and following up the maintenance and repair works.
  • Carrying out market research and purchasing of company devices. (Laptops Phones etc.)
  • The employee will be responsible for both our Kozyatağı and Pendik offices.

Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • Must have drivers license
  • Good command of English (Reading/Writing) is a must
  • A good team player solution-oriented and quick decision-making skills
