Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate who embodies a passion for luxury hospitality demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills and maintains a commitment to excellence through attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in travel agency/wholesale sales understand market trends build strong client relationships and uphold a high level of professionalism. They should be well-organized proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office effective in time management and fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
- A proactive solution-oriented approach
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency / wholesale sales preferably within the luxury hotel or resort segment.
- Understanding of market trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and business etiquette
- Well organized & ability to work and follow systems and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English written & spoken
