A leading organisation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist: Paid Media to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive acquisition and growth through innovative multi-platform paid media campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated paid media plans across platforms including Paid Search GDN Paid Social Native and Programmatic.
- Use data and insights to continuously test optimise and refine campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics revenue reporting and other tools to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Identify new audience opportunities and create targeted compelling campaigns.
- Track campaign delivery and provide regular performance reports.
- Write communication briefs and support content development for paid media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in Marketing Communication or Journalism.
- 5 years experience in paid digital media planning and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience with Programmatic Native and other paid social platforms (e.g. Twitter Reddit TikTok) is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- GAIQ certification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when required.
