The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working with both traditional and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars appointments and schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle Word documents reports and file organization for easy access and storage.
- Make and manage outgoing calls and handle correspondence as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or reviews about various topics as assigned.
- Book and coordinate meetings travel and other arrangements.
- Maintain and update data management systems ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
- Assist with technical or administrative tasks that help streamline operations and save time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word online calendars and digital file storage systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools automation platforms and data management software.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain attention to detail.
- Resourceful adaptable and tech-oriented mindset.
