Due to continued growth Coast Mazda is seeking an Internet Manager to lead our internet sales operations and expand our team of sales associates. We are looking for a motivated goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills who can help deliver an exceptional experience to every customer.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all internet leads with urgency and professionalism.
- Execute and monitor outbound internet and phone campaigns to generate appointments.
- Track and manage all leads in the CRM system ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Schedule appointments and monitor customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate leads close sales and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Provide accurate and transparent information on vehicles accessories pricing financing options and promotions.
- Accurately complete all transaction paperwork.
- Build client relationships by delivering outstanding service and timely communication.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop appointment-setting and lead-conversion strategies.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Saturday work is required.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience required; internet sales or BDC management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong computer internet CRM mobile/smartphone and social media skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to remain composed under stress and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive customer-focused mindset.
- Team player attitude with punctuality courtesy and enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Integrity and honesty are essential.
