Responsibilities:
- Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products digital dentistry workflows scanning systems implants and prosthetic solutions
- Use in person visits presentations demos and follow-up to grow revenue and market share
- Leverage selling skills marketing campaigns and technical insight to generate opportunities
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals activity metrics and territory targets. Track sales activities progress and pipeline through CRM tools
- Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory ensuring clear communication and seamless service
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape and provide insights to leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
- Degree in sales marketing business is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of business to business outside sales experience preferably within the dental medical device or healthcare services field
- Ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills
- Familiarity with digital workflows intraoral scanners implants or cosmetic restorative dentistry
- Strong budget development oversight and sales management skills
- Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory;
- Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory accommodating overnight stays as needed
- Must possess a valid drivers license and pass a company MVR check
Additional Information :
Expected base salary range of $50000 to 65000 plus uncapped eligibility for commissions. Salary is based on level of experience and relevant skills.
