Were looking for a detail-driven organized multitasker to join our Loan Servicing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly juggling deadlines solving problems and finding satisfaction in precision and consistency.

What Youll Do

• Support all aspects of loan servicing payments payoffs extensions and loan onboarding.
• Keep borrower and property data accurate and up to date.
• Track maturities compliance items insurance and property taxes.
• Coordinate with borrowers lenders and internal teams to keep communication clear and consistent.
• Partner with Treasury Accounting and Asset Management on payments reconciliations and special situations.
• Help improve processes templates and servicing systems as we scale.

What Youll Bring

• Strong organization skills and comfort managing competing priorities.
• An eye for detail you take pride in accuracy and follow-through.
• A team-first attitude and clear communication style.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with loan systems (FICS RealINSIGHT SS&C) is a plus.
• A degree in Business Finance or related field is preferred but transferable experience in banking operations or project coordination works too.
