Work youll do:

• As a member of this team you will take on engagements to help our clients leverage on their supply chain operation as a strategic capability and source of competitive advantage.
• You will use various supply chain technologies to help our clients develop and implement strategies and operational improvement projects within their own organization as well as within their extended supply chain network with suppliers and channel partners.
• You will be involved in project delivery and in delivering strong proposals.
• You will use your creativity and knowledge to define the future of supply chain technological landscape leveraging on the art of possible in todays digital supply chain (e.g. IoT Mobility Cybersecurity Analytics).
• You will play a role in supporting the development of thought leadership and eminence addressing the latest in supply chain innovation and digital supply chain.
• Work with a variety of high-profile clients across key industries such as Consumer Business Process and Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Energy & Resources.

• Work on technology implementation (e.g. Coupa Anaplan iValua) across different stages of the project (pre-implementation delivery and post-implementation)
• Perform business requirement definition define the to-be process/ operations conduct functional/technical design
• Develop business process flows of the clients functional requirements for multiple levels and roles. Gather clients business requirements and create a corresponding set of functional specifications which is documented for clients approval
• Develop user training documentation of the clients solution conduct solution validation and testing of the application.
• Work closely with client and other project team members to ensure successful integration and business requirement solutions; and create/improve implementation templates training and presentations.
• Support the collection and analysis of data develop key insights / findings and propose solutions to the identified area.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from top tier universities in Computer Science IT Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Finance or equivalent (MBA or Masters degree is preferably)
• At least 4 years of working experience with strong numerical analytical interpersonal collaboration and excellent story boarding skills
• Previous Consulting and system implementation experiencesis a must
• Enthusiastic to learn the latest digital technology and to improve own capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project timelines
• Highly motivated to contribute to the clients business from supply chain and digital perspective
• Willingness to travel to serve regional and /or international clients
• Excel-ninja who can solve supply chain planning problems with Excel modelling
• Experience with eProcurement solutions as business user or administrator (Ariba Coupa Anaplan iValuaor equivalent)
• Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
