Location: Tuas West of Singapore
Job Description:
Logistics:
- Monitor local freight situation & optimize the situation.
- Generate picking list for transport arrangement.
- Assist with recording transportation information and filing of delivery notes.
- Support any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Purchasing:
- To issue Purchase Order for indirect spend packaging & trading goods in timely manner
- Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders regarding incoming shipments & price enquiries.
- Assist with new vendor application in system.
- Support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications :
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to communicate confidently and effectively in English both spoken and written.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with an engineering or supply chain background are preferred.
Additional Information :
Able to commit for minimum 6 months
