On behalf of one of its clients in the aviation and aerospace industry The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a hands-on Finance & HR Operations Manager.
We are seeking a hands-on and autonomous Finance HR & Administration Manager to own finance operations banking relationships and people administration for a company of around 20 employees. Execution is handled by outsourced providers; this role focuses on ownership control and decision support.
Finance & Banking
Act as the main contact with banks for operational matters
Manage trade finance facilities (LC BG TR etc.) including utilisation limits documentation and renewals
Take full responsibility for cash flow management and funding planning
Own the monthly management reporting
Financial Control & Analysis
Take full responsibility for cash flow management
Support management on project-based financial topics
Perform analytical / management accounting as needed
Leverage a robust accounting and reporting system to produce insights
HR Office & Administration
Oversee HR administration (contracts onboarding/offboarding payroll coordination)
Manage office facilities and insurance matters
Coordinate and supervise outsourced finance payroll and HR providers
Requirements
Experience in finance management within an SME
Strong exposure to banking operations and cash flow management
Comfortable working with outsourced teams
Highly autonomous reliable and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and business mindset
