Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned FICO
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules (FI: GL AP AR AA; CO: CCA PCA IO CO-PA) - Manage integration with other SAP modules such as SD MM PS and HCM - Oversee financial reporting month-end/year-end closing and taxation processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions - Ensure compliance with S/4HANA migration standards and data governance - Drive process optimization automation initiatives and performance tuning - Mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder communication
Mandatory skill sets:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and customization - Expertise in S/4HANA Finance New GL and Asset Accounting - Knowledge of Bank Integration DMEE and Treasury Management - Familiarity with Adobe-specific financial workflows and reporting needs - Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred skill sets:
CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent - SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance - Experience with CFIN RAR or Coupa/Ariba integrations - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
