Job Description & Summary: A career within.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: SAP SD Implementation & Support Lead or support SAP SD module implementation projects including requirement gathering design configuration testing and go-live support. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for SAP SD processes. Business Process Analysis Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales billing shipping and pricing processes. Configuration & Customization Configure SAP SD components including sales order processing pricing billing shipping and credit management. Customize SAP SD functionalities to meet business needs using user exits BAPIs and enhancements. Integration Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM FI WM etc.) for seamless integration. Support EDI and third-party system integrations related to order-to-cash processes. Documentation & Training Prepare functional specifications test scripts and user manuals. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams. Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD transactions and configurations. Provide timely support for incidents and service requests. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field. 48 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module. Strong knowledge of: Sales order management Pricing and discounts Billing and invoicing Shipping and delivery Credit management Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM FI and other modules. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. --- Preferred Qualifications: SAP SD certification. Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus.
