The Role
Were looking for a creative entrepreneurial Staff Product Manager to lead Voris next generation of inventory management. Your mission: transform how retailers manage their inventory driving profitability for owners while creating an experience that staff love.
In this role you will operate like a GM to bend the arc of possibility. Youll take products 01 make bold strategic bets and build business lines that grow to global scale. Expect to experiment relentlessly prototyping validating and shipping AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents that redefine how inventory moves learns and replenishes across the supply chain.
This is a high-impact role at the heart of Voris product strategy. Youll partner closely with engineering design and customers in the field to build technology that nourishes communities combats food deserts and eliminates food waste.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco CA. We collaborate in-office two days per week and spend meaningful time in stores with customers.
What Youll Do
Define the vision strategy and roadmap for Voris inventory productsdefining how well transform a grocers most complex and impactful workflows.
Talk to retailers constantly. Build deep understanding of their needs challenges and mental models. Your decisions will be grounded in data but always driven by unique customer insight.
Collaborate with world-class engineers and designers to build and ship products with a rare combination of velocity innovation and craft.
Deliver meaningful business outcomes that move Vori and the industry forward. At scale your work will appear in Voris S-1 filing.
Bring a builder mindset embracing rapid prototyping to bring ideas to life quickly.
Shape not just what we build but how we build bringing rigor creativity and curiosity at every stage.
What Were Looking For
6 years of product experience at a high-growth tech company or as a startup founder with a strong track record of driving meaningful user and business impact
Deep customer empathy and strong business acumen. You anticipate customer needs see around corners and identify the highest leverage opportunities.
Strong problem solver who balances data design and intuition to craft elegant solutions that distill the essential from the noise.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller who brings clarity alignment and inspiration to their teams and their companies.
Thrives in ambiguous 01 environments with a strong bias for action and knack for finding the slimmest MVP to build momentum.
Bonus: Experience in retail commerce supply chain marketplaces or applied AI systems and curiosity to become an expert fast.
