Whats the role
Were seeking aManager Performanceto join the Segment Performance & Optimisation team within Commercial this role youll combine strong analytical and financial modelling skills with commercial acumen to shape the banks financial and strategic agenda. Youll partner with leaders across Finance Product and Strategy to provide insights that drive growth efficiency and capital optimisation.
From assessing performance and building business cases to tracking progress on key initiatives youll play a pivotal role in improving business outcomes and guiding strategic decisions across Working Capital Lending Deposits and broader transformation programs. If you thrive in a dynamic growth-focused environment and enjoy turning data into strategy this role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact.
What do I need
- 36 years experience in finance strategy business analysis or management consulting (banking/FS preferred)
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Experience analysing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proven ability to map business processes and recommend efficiency enhancements
- Skilled in developing business cases forecasts and performance insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in creating clear executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Exposure to strategic planning capital management or performance reporting (desirable)
