Roche Philippines is looking for a Marketing Enabler for our Oncology team. Were moving beyond just offering world-class medicines to becoming true partners in the healthcare ecosystem leading innovation and generating disruption to deliver better outcomes for patients the system and our organization faster.

As a Marketing Enabler youll be a vital part of our empowered cross-functional teams acting as a strategic leader and marketing expert. Youll own and develop the Therapy Area (TA) Strategy for our local affiliate translating global recommendations into comprehensive long-term business plans that meet local needs and perform:

  • Market and financial analysis.

  • Pricing strategy access and HTA/PNF strategy.

  • TA pipeline review and launch approaches.

What You Will Be Working On

As a marketing expert and strategic leader you will enable your assigned business teams to elevate the role Roche plays in society. Your mission is to help shift our focus from offering world-class medicines towards partnering innovating and leading generative disruption. By providing integrated systems thinking and leadership you will co-create and implement strategies that deliver better outcomes for patients the ecosystem and Roche faster.

Acting as a strategic network navigator you will proactively gather insights through market reconnaissance and data analysis to identify key opportunities and gaps. You will then translate these insights into action leading the development of all marketing and communication contentfrom core messaging and promotional materials to impactful customer events.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams you will be responsible for:

  • Developing Outcomes-Based Planning (OBP) for the TA.

  • Allocating budgets and advising on investments for key initiatives.

  • Strategic Partnership: Acting as a core member of a customer-facing squad providing expert marketing guidance to shape and execute their strategic and tactical plans.

  • Customer Experience Design: Co-creating and implementing seamless omnichannel customer experiences that are grounded in deep customer understanding and deliver high value.

  • Marketing Execution & Content Strategy: Leading the development and delivery of high-quality marketing materials core messaging and digital engagement plans across various channels.

  • Insight Generation: Championing a customer-centric mindset by leveraging data-driven insights to guide marketing initiatives and uncover new opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with a diverse network of colleagues from brand medical access and digital teams to bring integrated strategies to life.

  • Capability Building: Coaching and enabling squad members to build their marketing and customer experience capabilities fostering a culture of shared success.

  • Project & Vendor Management: Managing marketing projects budgets and external agency relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring all marketing activities are fully compliant with industry codes and Roche standards embodying our values of Integrity Courage and Passion.

Who you are:

You are a passionate and experienced professional with a desire to create a significant impact. As the Marketing enabling expert you will actively participate in our network and provide guidance to customer-facing teams.

You have:

  • Education: A degree in Health/Medical Sciences and/or Business/Marketing or equivalent

  • Significant experience (5 years) in marketing /commercial within the pharmaceutical or a related industry with a strong understanding of the relevant codes of conduct.

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and are skilled at creating engaging omnichannel customer journeys.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and inspiring action without direct authority.

  • Deep passion for marketing and customer experience with a strong history of developing and executing successful commercially-driven strategies.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate complex customer insights and business objectives into clear actionable plans.

  • Natural talent for collaboration and coaching enabling others and working effectively in a networked agile environment.

  • Excellent project management skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to define and monitor measures of success (KPIs) and business performance.

  • Proficiency in English language including oral & written communication

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office programs Excel PPT Word
