Job Summary

This is a remote position.

This role ensures that website management SEO initiatives and PPC campaigns are executed seamlessly while upholding the high standards of accuracy performance and professionalism our clients expect from a growing digital marketing agency.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular client communication via phone email and virtual meetings to provide updates gather feedback and strengthen long-term relationships

  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation through completion ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns efficiently and effectively

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to maintain positive working relationships

  • Identify early warning signs of client dissatisfaction or high-pressure situations and implement appropriate de-escalation strategies


Revenue Growth and Client Development

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance data and evolving business needs

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROI improvements traffic growth conversion rates and budget utilization to uncover growth opportunities

  • Present data-driven recommendations to clients demonstrating how additional services can enhance campaign performance and business outcomes


Project Coordination and Execution

  • Support the planning execution and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns across multiple channels

  • Coordinate timelines deliverables and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule

  • Communicate with internal teams vendors and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution

  • Assist in preparing campaign briefs creative assets and other project documentation

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones risks and dependencies


Client Operations and Support

  • Oversee comprehensive client onboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectation setting

  • Manage the Zoho Desk ticketing system ensuring timely responses and resolution of client inquiries and support requests

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation project records and communication logs to ensure continuity and accountability


Performance Analysis and Strategic Support

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across SEO Google Ads and Meta Ads to identify trends insights and opportunities

  • Investigate performance issues conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations for optimization

  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations

  • Apply working knowledge of website fundamentals SEO principles Google Ads and Meta Ads to effectively communicate campaign strategies and results to clients and internal teams


Communication and Collaboration

  • Serve as a central point of contact within the marketing team to ensure seamless communication across departments and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas documenting discussions and following up on action items

  • Support cross-department collaboration to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals


Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and streamline marketing operations

  • Propose and implement solutions that enhance team productivity and project outcomes


Vendor and Partner Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials

  • Support vendor contract reviews payment processing and relationship management to ensure quality and cost efficiency


Ad Hoc Support

  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned by marketing leadership

  • Remain flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and additional responsibilities



Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency supporting SEO and PPC campaign operations

  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals including Google Ads Facebook Ads Google Analytics and SEO best practices

  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management with a solid understanding of agency workflows and processes

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented proactive and solution-focused with a mindset for continuous process improvement

  • Experience in marketing project management and campaign coordination


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field

  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager social media insights and marketing automation platforms

  • Experience working with external vendors partners and creative agencies

  • Knowledge of budget tracking expense reporting and vendor contract management

  • Background in coordinating both online and offline marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to research market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog) and PPC platforms beyond Google Ads


Must-Have Competencies
