Salary Package: From $180k pack (Negotiable)
Role Highlights: This is a high-impact newly created national leadership role driving excellence consistency and transformation across operations logistics and branch performance.

Role Overview:
Weve partnered exclusively with a leading industrial organisation embarking on a new strategic phase focused on operational transformation and customer value.
Reporting to the GM this role will lead the standardisation optimisation and performance improvement of operational processes across a large branch network nationally.
Youll partner with operational staff branch leaders the senior leadership team and the wider business to implement best practice frameworks enhance efficiencies and deliver consistent customer-focused outcomes nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead national operational excellence initiatives across multiple branch sites
• Identify design and implement process improvement frameworks
• Support site leadership teams in delivering consistent operational performance
• Develop and monitor key operational metrics and reporting tools
• Partner with national and regional leaders to embed cultural and procedural change
• Champion best practice in safety quality and service delivery
• Ensure alignment between national strategy and regional execution
• Drive capability uplift across branch operations teams

Candidate Profile

Youre a natural problem-solver and change leader with a track record in operational transformation.
Youve led multi-site operational teams or projects and know how to turn strategy into measurable sustainable results.

Youll bring:

• Proven experience in operational excellence network optimisation or transformation
• Background in industrial distribution logistics or manufacturing sectors
• Strong leadership and influencing capability across matrix environments
• Commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to develop and embed frameworks processes and tools
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
