We are excited to announce the creation of a new leadership position: National Estimating Manager

Were looking for a National Estimating Manager to lead and support our estimating teams across Australia. This is a senior hands-on leadership role where youll have real influence over people process and performance.
The Role
As National Estimating Manager youll provide strategic and operational leadership to our estimating function nationally. Youll work closely with State Managers Operations and senior leadership to ensure estimates are accurate compliant competitive and delivered on time.
This role is a mix of people leadership process improvement and technical oversightideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others and lifting capability across teams.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading mentoring and supporting estimating teams across multiple states
- Setting consistent estimating standards frameworks and best practice
- Reviewing complex or high-value estimates and providing guidance
- Driving productivity quality and performance across the function
- Working closely with operations and leadership to support business outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems workflows and training
- Supporting recruitment onboarding and development of estimators
About You
Youre an experienced estimating leader who understands both the numbers and the people behind them.
Youll likely bring:
- Extensive experience in estimating (construction insurance repairs or similar)
- Proven experience leading and developing estimating teams
- Strong knowledge of building scopes pricing and industry software
- A practical approachable leadership style
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement not micromanagement
