The Role: Senior Sales Agent
As a Senior Sales Agent youll take ownership of face-to-face sales and product promotion driving new business while representing a trusted digital brand. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys direct interaction and wants to build a long-term career in professional sales.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively approach and engage potential customers through field and event activations.

Present and promote digital products with clarity confidence and professionalism.

Qualify leads handle objections effectively and close sales consistently.

Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of integrity.

Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Represent the brand at activations often during evenings and weekends.
About You

Matric certificate or higher qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in direct field or B2C sales (telecoms insurance or digital products preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High drive and ambition with a strong work ethic.

Adaptable yet disciplined with a zero excuses mindset.

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and late afternoons (typical activations 46 PM).
