What You Will Do:

  • Provide comprehensive onsite and desk side support resolving incidents and service requests within SLA by troubleshooting hardware software and peripheral issues for PCs laptops and mobile devices.
  • Perform hardware lifecycle tasks including building and configuring PCs with a "Gold" image replacing defective components in end-user equipment and data center devices and providing "smart hands" support for data center equipment like tape changes and cable reconnections.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by meticulously updating tickets daily supporting meeting room and video conferencing environments and maintaining professional customer-facing relationships with end-users and team members.


Requirements

What You Need:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/10 Office applications and PC/laptop hardware (building configuring troubleshooting). Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/Intune mobile device support (iOS/Android) and Mac OS is highly beneficial.
  • Hands-On Experience & Certifications: Proven experience in installation troubleshooting and "rack and stack" of data center equipment. Completion of relevant CompTIA (e.g. A Network) and Microsoft (e.g. MCP) certifications is essential or near-complete.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build effective relationships. You must possess strong oral written and telephone communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Initiative & Organization: The ability to work independently and unsupervised proactively taking initiative while being highly organized and able to prioritize work appropriately in a fast-paced pressurized environment.
  • Process Adherence: Experience using a call logging system to manage tickets and a disciplined approach to working to specified standards ethical practices and SLAs.
