Whats the role
As a Learning Solutions Designer youll create digital and blended learning experiences that are engaging practical and aligned to business outcomes. Youll work on a variety of projects from simplifying compliance training to building AI capability using modern instructional design methods and AI tools like ChatGPT and Synthesia. This is a full-time role with standard 38-hour working weeks. Youll collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity curiosity and continuous learning.
What do I need
- Experience designing engaging digital or blended learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning design practices.
- Ability to integrate or design learning using AI tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Curiosity and adaptability with new technologies especially AI in learning.
