Cognition Evolve is one of New Zealand and Australias leading digital learning agencies working across workplace learning development and education. Were looking for a creative Senior Digital Designer to join our Learning Experience Design team. Based in Melbourne youll deliver tailored highquality digital experiences for both internal and external clients.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading the digital design and development of innovative learning solutions ensuring quality across all products and services
Collaborating with clients and our internal team of learning designers to scope out and design the digital element of learning solutions that have real impact for our clients.
Working with our network of designers and development partners to deliver innovative learning solutions ensuring a quality user experience
Providing consultancy and advice to clients on the most effective design approaches and digital learning technologies.
Exploring needs ideating and generating concepts designing and developing wireframes storyboards prototypes digital and multimedia assets across a range of projects.
Ensuring solutions follow best practice in UX accessibility and modern learning design.
Briefing reviewing and delivering creative work aligned with brand quality and project requirements.
Supporting proposal and tender development.
Managing key client relationships throughout contract execution.

Skills & Experience

As an ideal candidate you will bring:

5 years relevant work experience as a learning or digital design consultant/manager preferably in corporate L&D or a media agency
A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. UX interactive design game design motion graphics media video production etc.)
Proven experience creating learning and/or media solutions across varied environments.
Strong R&D and analysis skills paired with a passion for experimenting with new tools and technologies and learning them quickly simply because you enjoy it.
Demonstrated creativity across modern digital media (AI gamification XR apps eLearning video animation).
Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders
Relevant experience (e.g. LMS LRS LPS eLearning authoring tools interactive design XR graphic design motion graphics audio production video production UX UI etc) at a senior designer level preferably in the learning industry and/or an agency environment.
Proven experience analysing user needs and designing innovative solutions
Confidence collaborating with designers and giving/receiving constructive feedback throughout the design and development process.
Experience or exposure to humancentred design or design thinking.
Curiosity and inspiration beyond the world of L&D and elearning
Enthusiasm for tackling diverse learning challenges - no two projects are the same!
